Romyr Ships anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Note: UPS Can Not Ship To PO Boxes.


Shipping Method - Ship Date - Delivery Date

Saturday and Sunday are not counted as ship days. Example: 2nd Day Air package shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.


Next Day Air, Monday, Tuesday by noon

Next Day Air Saver, Monday, Tuesday by 7:00pm

2nd Day Air, Monday, Wednesday by 7:00pm

3 Day Select, Monday, Thursday by 7:00pm

Note: Alaska and Hawaii orders cannot be shipped by UPS 3 Day select. They can only be shipped UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.


How long will it take my order to arrive?



Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Expedited orders placed after 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day.



Please Note: Some of our Inventory is shipped directly from the manufacturer who on occasion utilizes FEDEX DHL or USPS.



Order arrival time lines are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your home within 5-7 business days. Exceptions are communicated on the product information page of the item and in your shopping cart. In rare instances, when an item in-stock becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified of the status of that order via e-mail.

Why can't certain items be shipped outside the USA?



Due to customs restrictions and size contraints some items cannot be shipped outside the USA. For more information on what restrictions your country imposes please check with your local customs officals.

To our International Customers:



We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We strongly encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions as to what additional costs your order might entail.

Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products, especially food based items, into your country.

If for any reason, at all, the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any costs involved to get the package back to us if it is refused at customs, so if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. Should you refuse or abandon a shipment at Customs you will still be responsible for all costs of the shipment, which is both shipping charges and costs of the items you have abandoned at Customs.

We highly recommend that you look into your country’s importing regulations prior to placing your order.

Shipping Information:



Shipping costs are actual posted UPS "daily pickup"

Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. If a refund is due, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.

If the order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:



If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item**. Notify us immediately at 1-888-530-6724 9-4 Eastern M-F or email us at support@romyrpetsupplies.com so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise.

Condition of Return:



The original packaging and documentation are required.

All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable). Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customers expense. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.

Items are also subject to a 10% restocking fee, with exceptions listed below in the Restocking Fee Breakdown list.

15% Restocking Fee:

1.Orders returned after the 30 day period or without an RMA number will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

2.Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.

3. Foreign orders are non-returnable.

4. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.

5. Open videotapes and DVDs are non-returnable.

6. Open treats are non-returnable / non-refundable.
